About Me, Terry Bond North Hampshire based counsellor

Terry Bond Outdoor therapist in Basingstoke

Whatever the weather, I have always enjoyed the freeing experience of being outdoors. When life feels overwhelming, getting myself outside has always proven to be a strong antidote for stress. Allowing ourselves to slow down and become aware of our surroundings can help press reset on life’s every day pressure. Giving ourselves permission to connect and experience the sights, sounds and smells of nature can be a grounding and refreshing experience.

I am North Hampshire based Terry Bond, a qualified person Centred counsellor offering both face to face in our modern Basingstoke office and Outdoor therapy in North Hampshire. Therapy provides a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to explore difficult thoughts and feelings. The Person Centred approach means that I view each client and experience as unique. We believe that our non-judgemental, safe, supportive environment can facilitate growth and help you experience improved awareness. Being able to experience life in an environment that is non-judgemental may enable you to feel more confident outside of the therapeutic environment.

I have a CPCAB Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and have undertaken the Creative Counselling Walk & Talk Therapy CPD. I am a registered member of BACP and work within the ethical framework.I have completed the BACP Certificate of Proficiency, an assessment of the skills, knowledge and ability to be a professional counsellor. Prior to qualifying I worked in placement with Butterflies, a local bereavement charity.
